I am currently offering integrative hypnotherapy sessions online and in person from my home in Hastings, on the East Sussex coast.
I am also continuing my training at the National College of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy to become a UKCP accredited psychotherapist.
Becoming a therapist stems from a lifelong fascination with human nature and my own quest, from the age of 13, to understand myself and why I do the things I do.
It was, when I went to see a hypnotherapist for myself that the penny dropped. I knew that working from a deeper level of awareness is where transformation can happen.

Coming to this field later in my life means that I have a wealth of different life experiences to tap into which I know will help me to help you.
